It’s not in too bad a condition. The floors here look really nice. There’s some oak hardwood floors. Unfortunately, the rest of his house does not have the same floors throughout. If you go upstairs, it’s a split level, it’s a modern house. Most houses in the Kernersville Triad area are not this style. It’s got some really cool features up here in the kitchen with vaulted ceilings.

This particular house, I’m not sure if we’ll get it or not because it is bank-owned, and they sometimes want a specific number even if that number does not make sense from a rehabber standpoint. This house is probably worth around $230,000 once you get done with it, but the market, it’s unpredictable; you hope it’s worth that in the future.
If you come through here, this house has a really great layout. The master bathroom could be done very well with the right budget, so again, let’s hope that the bank approves it at a number that makes sense. So it’s got a garden tub here and double vanity with a shower, and your toilet is on this side. In the basement, it looked like there were some issues with plumbing under this bathroom, so there are some things that need to be addressed structurally with this house. And it does have a wood exterior, which looks nice, but it is not as convenient as vinyl, and it’s going to need repainting.
This door here obviously needs replacing. French doors would go good here if the budget allows. And it’s got a cool little balcony, which you don’t find on most houses.
